* 1 on 1 UNIQUE Sales Associate Training (Start Making Income Immediately)

* BECOME A LICENSED MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR (MLO) PRE-LIC 20HRS

BECOMING A REAL ESTATE SALES ASSOCIATE

Application Requirements:

AGE: Must be at least 18 years of age.
SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER: You must have a United States Social Security number to apply.
EDUCATION: Must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent.
PRE-LICENSE EDUCATION: Must complete and pass a Florida Real Estate Commission approved 63-hour Sales Associate pre-license course. See the list of approved providers. For more information about exemptions from this course, please visit our Department 'Ask us' button at the top of the website and input in the search field provided - real estate education exemption.
EXAMINATIONS: The examination is given by Pearson Vue. To Learn more visit their website to find a location near you to set up your exam once the application has been approved by the DBPR. The Candidate Information Booklet is a useful source to help guide you through the examination process.

Once approved for licesure by the State of Florida, student must schedule the examination with Promissor by either calling 888-204-6289 or visiting www.pearsonvue.com
