Becoming a Lic. Realtor in Florida means expanding your business statewide and having the capability of earning a very good level of income. Once licensed, you have become a professional in the Real Estate industry. This means you can provide many types of Real Estate Services such as Commercial properties, Residential properties, Leasing & Rentals, Business Brokerage, and various other forms of services. Real Estate Pre-License:
The Sales Associate 63 hour course and a passing score of 70% end-of-course exam is a pre-requisite for your state examination. Students cannot miss no more than 8 hours class time because of illness or family emergency. State Examination offered both in English and Spanish. This class is offered by AREM in a classroom setting (Recommended) and 0n-line for those short of time.

Submit your state application on-line or request by mail. Application must be notarized and included in AREM tuition. Applicant must have the age of 18 or older and have a high school degree or equivalent. Scheduling for fingerprinting with Promissor by calling 1-877-238-8232 before taking exam. Once approved for Licensure by the State of Florida, Student must schedule the examination with Promissor by either calling them at 1-877-238-8232 or by login in online at www.promissor.com. State test passing score is 75%.
