Real Estate Post License
Post-License:
FREC law states that all licensees renewing for the first time must complete the proper post-license course. Sales Associates must complete 45 hours course in classroom setting (Recommended), or On-line for those short of time. Licensees must complete these courses prior to their first renewal. If Licensee has not taken their 45-hour post-license course before their first renewal, license becomes void and ceases to be enforced. There are no grace periods on your first renewal.
Licensees must complete the required education before signing and mailing the DBPR confirmation. FREC may audit many licensees for non-compliance and may result in revocation of licensure.
The AREM 45 hour class is vivid with more Real Estate interaction and situations. Post-License course helps you clear up the confusion of those questions on your pre-license course.
Don’t Wait until it is too late, it may cost you your career. Register as soon as possible and put it aside. Register anytime before your first 2 years are due.
